This minecraft seeds spawns you on a really cool island with a huge arch, waterfall and pumpkin patch. There a many other islands nearby, so not really a deserted island scenario, but still an interesting spawn start.

There is a great stronghold at X: -728 Z: -529 (dig down) with a portal to the end a library and some chests.
Some abandoned mineshafts at the bottom of a ravine at X: -1095 Z: -109
